    • You may request a refund for the last month of your subscription if you are not satisfied.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.

    • Refunds are limited to the most recent month and will not cover prior months.

  2. Consulting Services:

    • Due to the tailored nature of consulting services, refunds are not available once the service has been delivered or initiated. However, we are committed to resolving any concerns to ensure your satisfaction.

  3. Guarantee:

    • If you cancel your subscription and request a refund, we’ll even send you a gift card for a coffee on us to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

As a digital services provider, Growth Generators does not ship physical goods. Our services include digital access to courses, resources, and community platforms. Upon successful payment:

  1. Membership Access:

    • You will receive immediate access to the MSP Heroes portal and all associated resources.

    • Login credentials and a welcome email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  2. Course Delivery:

    • Courses are hosted on our secure platform and are accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

  3. Templates, Tools, and Swipe Files:

    • Digital resources will be available for download immediately after purchase or accessible directly from the member portal.

Return Policy and Process

Given the digital nature of our products and services, returns are not applicable. However, we are happy to work with you to address any issues or dissatisfaction. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription Cancellation:

    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through your account dashboard.

    • Once canceled, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the billing cycle.

    • Cancellations are effective immediately, but prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription are not available.

  2. Consulting Services Cancellation:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the agreed-upon service start date to avoid incurring charges.

    • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
